Ballers of London Code of Conduct

Respect & Inclusivity

  • Everyone—players, coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and volunteers—must treat others with dignity regardless of age, gender, ability, race, religion, or background.

  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or exclusion are strictly prohibited.

Positive Environment

  • We emphasise fair play, teamwork, encouragement, and sportsmanship over winning at all costs.

  • Our coaches foster development and enjoyment; parents, participants and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, officials, and all participants.

Player Safety & Commitment

  • All participants must comply with safety guidance, use appropriate equipment, and listen to coach's instructions.

  • Report any hazards or injuries immediately to the coaching staff.

Parental/Guardian Involvement

  • Guardians/participants must notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during the booking process or when arriving for sessions.

Consequences of Misconduct

  • Breaches of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from Ballers of London sessions, in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
