Respect & Inclusivity

Everyone—players, coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and volunteers—must treat others with dignity regardless of age, gender, ability, race, religion, or background.

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or exclusion are strictly prohibited.
Positive Environment

We emphasise fair play, teamwork, encouragement, and sportsmanship over winning at all costs.

Our coaches foster development and enjoyment; parents, participants and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, officials, and all participants.
Player Safety & Commitment

All participants must comply with safety guidance, use appropriate equipment, and listen to coach's instructions.

Report any hazards or injuries immediately to the coaching staff.
Parental/Guardian Involvement

Guardians/participants must notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during the booking process or when arriving for sessions.

Consequences of Misconduct

Breaches of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from Ballers of London sessions, in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
