Safer Recruitment & Training

All adults working with children are carefully vetted through ID checks, interviews, references, and enhanced DBS checks.

Regular safeguarding refreshers and first-aid training are mandatory for coaching staff.
Reporting Concerns

Anyone with safeguarding concerns can contact any of our coaches directly.

We commit to thorough, confidential investigations of all reports.
Zero Tolerance of Bullying

Bullying in any form—physical, verbal, cyber—is not tolerated. Our coaches will act promptly on any allegations, with escalation to statutory bodies or police if needed.
